It all started with a vision to lead, passion to perform and dedication to deliver. In 1975, Late Shri V.K. Aggarwal, Managing Director, started his trading career of CP Bath Fittings and created a large satisfied customer base. With close interaction with the consumer, his experience taught him their needs along with the shortcomings of the products. He found that a big gap in the available products and the functional requirements. He decided to develop a product that could fill the niche and was also durable and affordable to the Indian consumer.
In 1986 after an extensive research & development, a new polymer named “PTMT- Polytetra Methylene Terapathalate” was introduced for the first time, in the Indian market, for bath fittings.
This introduction revolutionized the Indian sanitaryware industry and changed the way consumers looked at these products. His hard work was carried forward by his sons Sh. Nitin Aggarwal and Sh. Deepak Aggarwal, who took the brand to new heights with some exemplary innovations and path breaking products.
Today Prayag has 2 manufacturing units spread across 2500 sq.m in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan where the company produces a humongous range of PTMT Bath Assets, CP Bath Assets, Sanitaryware, Plumbing Solutions, Water Tanks, Stainless Steel Sinks, Hardware, Cockroach Traps and Water Heaters, with over 2500 SKUs.
